Very polite and friendly when I rang to enquire about an appointment advised the best time to arrive. Friendly and polite on arrival, immediately in for my blood test, very friendly nurse took my blood. Would highly recommend this practice.

Short waiting times. Pleasant staff.
I arrived for my test at Southside rockhampton 650 for 730 open ..was first person in...then other people was taken before me..the first lady felt bad..thought it was you go in as you arrive ..no preferences..NO SIGNAGE STATING OTHERWISE.. I approached the older lady manner not nice at all ..asked why I had to wait when I was first there..she raved on about how there is other people important people in here for hospital tests..she stated that this guy had a 2 hour test to do but then why was he not the first there.. I got there early because I had a reason why I needed to get out of there early .unfortunately I got her for my important test ..she even brought up her reason on why i needed to wait..which made it the worst I ever had..Will never attend st side again..totally she need to get a job elsewhere out of customer service..
Extremely understaffed and disorganised. I nearly wet my pants waiting to give a urine sample even after telling not 1 but 2 workers I was busting.
My wife went there early this morning. A lady at the reception was very rude to my wife with poor manners. The receptionist might be stressed in the morning, however, most people go there because of illness or medical conditions and they need to be treated friendly and kindly. She was very unprofessional and she needs to be told to change her attitude towards customers with better manners.
The waiting area was clean and well presented Staff were friendly, efficient and very professional.
Only giving one star as I am unable to give zero. Incorrect information was provided to my wife and myself regarding weather or not the process would be bulk billed, staff over the phone had terrible manners and spoke incoherently the girl at the counter had poor manners and a generally lazy attitude. Couldn't be more disappointed with this experience. Update have just now realised that my refferal form has to be replace because it's now been stamped to say I will accept the fee that I want never informed about.
