Thanks for an awesome nights stay guys! Out of all the accor hotels we've stayed at lately, including one at palm cove, you were the only ones that welcomed us warmly and had decent beds. After a long day on the road, the card and gifts put a smile on our faces when we walked in the room. The rooms are a bit dated, but I understand it's being handled. Look forward to seeing you next time.

Hotel stay was enjoyable. Room was big enough for 3 and luggage. Nice that they provided covid safe cutlery bowls and cups that were biodegradable. Nice views from the rooms. Check-in and out was quick. Parking on site is possible or next door in a private car park.
We spent 2 nights. It was a great view of the river from our balcony. The room was clean and there was a small bar fridge with milk,, microwave, kettle and cups. Also teabags coffee sugar.The pool was good. The shops were close. Enjoyable.
Clean room front of house team were friendly. Very old, had to call service desk for help on shower how to get it working as obviously I wasn't the first person as they knew what I was talking about.
Loved the room, set back from the road with a view of the river. A couple of things to improve on, the air conditioner was roaring and we couldn't park in the main car park (we did arrive late).
TV not usable, moths/roach/spider in room, a/c barely works, dated and worn out. There are better options, give this one a miss. Edit:reported tv to reception who could not rectify (missing remote then supplied remote could not control TV adequately), other issues too late/tired to chase up & hotel had said they were fully occupied.
