Great variety here and staff are friendly and helpful. For me personally it has always had what I needed meaning I didn't have to go to Bunnings instead.

Experience has been great. I have heard a lot of people say they cant find anything so they will go back to Bunnings. That is about getting used to the layout and whee things are. One suggestion would be to have a simple section locator near an entrance in the store initially to help people overcome where is it. It only needs to be general i.e. general sections. As far as product lines and friendly staff my experience has been great and the carpark is easy to get in and out of.
Walked in and was sent on a wild goose chase across the store as no one knew where the rainwater tanks where. Then waited two days to get a quote, rang on the third day and got hung up on. You will never see me again
Great range...and some different things than Bunnings. Such a shame its closing down
