Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! I ordered 10 lengths of fascia board with delivery which they were happy enough to do. When I realised I only needed 7 lengths I rang up and simply asked the question if they would be happy with refunding 3 and just delivering 7... l would have been happy if they had said no, it's on the truck for delivery already and I would have accept the 10 lengths. As soon as I asked this they blew up and got extremely aggressive yelling at me on the phone, accusing me for telling them how to run their business, wouldn't listen to a word I said. I would have offered to pay a restocking fee if they even listened to me but I couldn't get a word in. He hung up on me multiple times then rang back to tell me they weren't going to deliver any of the materials and would refund all but the delivery fee, even though they never did the delivery. At this point I again tried to tell him I would have been happy to take the ten lengths and was simply asking a question... Again he blew up yelling at me.. He then rang again telling me the refund isn't going through and that I have to call the bank, and I understand, maybe it wasn't going through, however when I politely requested that they email me through a message saying that the refund isn't working (so I can show the bank for proof) he blew up yet again accusing me of telling him how to run his business... Later in the day he rang again saying he couldn't process the refund and that it was my responsibility to call my bank and get them to do the refund. I said ok I will do that and he started calling me the worst customer ever. Worst customer service experience ever... I will never shop there again and I strongly suggest you don't shop there either unless you wish to be treated like you are dirt. Waiting to see if I have to fight to get my money back.

Very helpful ever time I'm in there
Followed the old man around as he told us how to do the job we didn't ask timbers for. Continued too tell us we were wrong, was told there was no stock. Found packs and packs, simply did not want to help us kept trying to us we were wrong. Simply didn't listen, left. Useless will not return.
Ordered some hardwood fence posts today. The quality of this fence grade timber is excellent and the service was awesome. I didn’t give much notice at all and they were more than happy to organise and help load up. Highly recommend.
Rude People. Won’t ever give them my business.
Good old fashioned service
Not too sure about the bad reviews here, but I have used these guys a few times now a and I have to say they are very helpful and know their stuff. With a recent pick up there I found myself without any tiedowns in a borrowed company vehicle, and the guy at the counter came out with some plastic strapping and a tensioner. A service with reasonable pricing. Keep up the great work guys.
DON'T ORDER/BUY TIMBER HERE! Hopeless. Rude to deal with on the phone. Rude regarding delivery of timber and times of delivery. Wrong amount of timber delivered, and when asked for correct amount had employee drive to house and count timber, to which was wrong, then continue to argue point that he 'counted correctly' on order and refused to refund/deliver correct amount which was 3 bits.
