What an absolutely great owner operator, just the way it should be! Our VERY little used Yamaha generator was giving us trouble so pre-booked to drop it off for inspection when we arrived in Rockhampton. Pat pulled it apart & then gave us the bad news, would be about 4 hrs labor plus 700 for the part so therefore not worth a repair if not covered by warranty! However he helped us chase down details to attempt a warranty claim, not sure if we make their time frame but he put in plenty of effort & advice in an effort for us to claim. Ended up we bought a Briggs & Stratton at 1200 as we will need it as we head further South into poor weather. Thanks again Pat....
