They let the power go out to food shops and resturants and traffic lights which is extremly dangerous
Easy to talk too
They conduct business like you would expect any corporation who has the monopoly over a region to conduct business. On their terms and when they damn well feel like it. Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed.
