If you havent experienced worst customer service try P&S Rockdale. I purchased TV, Fridge, Washing Machine, Microwave and Vacuum from them. Everything stopped working except the TV right after their warranty period expired. Worst thing is they only rely on the piece of paper they give you during the purchase. If you cant produce that, dont even imagine stepping inside the shop, they will not even talk to you, let alone giving you suggestions on how to go about it. Never again!

Buyer Beware - Terrible service, 5 days to clear my PayPal payment that came straight out of my bank. None of this information on their website. I need a fridge now not next week. Rang them and got no service now it takes 5 days to get my money back. POOR SHOW

A 9kg Simpson washing machine was purchased and picked up from the store and taken upstairs into my new apartment a few days later. Unfortunately the washing machine was faulty instead of replacing it right away, a technician was sent to have a look which delayed the process. Technician said it was basically stuffed and should never have been sold and a replacement washing machine was requested. The earliest delivery was 5 days later and I had to call on multiple occasions to ensure everything was going again (no confirmations were provided). I'm happy that they replaced the washing machine and picked up/delivered both but realistically it still should have been a simpler process from the start.
