I am completely "wowed" at the level of service my family and I received today! I can honestly say I had a pleasant appointment! I had a family appointment for eye exams, and they accepted us all! Most places will not even give us the time of day or the friendly customer service when we go! I will definitely be going back there for my routine eye care! Thank you Sterling Optical!

Been coming here for years and every single time I come in, I'm greeted with a smiling face and warm welcome. They know me by name and are so personable. They're not like a regular eye doctor, they GENUINELY care about their clients/patients. I HIGHLY recommend them!
Simply put I will never go anywhere else for glasses for me and my family. Gary and the entire team are the best. If you want great service from people who truly care then this is the place for you.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! It is not often you find a store that treats you like family, but the guys here have consistently gone above and beyond for my daughter. We have been purchasing her glasses here for the past three years, and each time you walk into the store they are genuinely happy to welcome you.
Gary at Sterling Optical is most professional and cooperative! He really goes above and beyond to make your eye glass experience awesome! When he first starting making my glasses there were some issues due to my extremely delicate and fragile frame design. Over a short period of time the lenses began to crack at the screw hole point (because of frame design). Gary, at his own cost upgraded my lenses to a more durable lens that would work better with my delicate and fragile frame! Gary really went the extra mile and made them the exact way I want them using my old frames. I had moved down to NC and when it came time to update my prescription, I couldn't find anybody to make my glasses the way I want them made and also use my old frames. In one of my recent trips back up to New Jersey, I made it a special point to visit Gary with my new prescription to have my glasses made exactly the way I wanted them. He did just so and then shipped them down to me quickly. No matter where I live, I will always have Gary make my glasses!
came here for the first time for a glasses prescription and contact lens fitting/follow up, and the staff here is soo friendly! the optometrist i saw was so helpful and helped me understand everything going on with my appointment, ill definitely be coming here again for my yearly exams! :D
