What an unfriendly and unprofessional night staff. I walked in to a young lady with blonde hair complaining about customers and a woman with dark brown hair. I asked her to size my daughter and told her I needed penny loafers. She wasn’t kind at all and after sizing her she just pointed to the back not even specifying where I needed to look and walked away!!! What a joke !! Go to Journeys Kids they were so sweet and helpful when I came in!!
