Have taken my animals here since I moved here two years ago. They are the loveliest people ever. So understanding and compassionate. I had to have my 14 year old Yorkie put to sleep unexpectedly and they were so comforting and kind (I was a mess) the lady at the reception desk came over and asked if I wanted a little lock of his fur cut to keep and she did it all for me knowing I couldn’t bare doing it myself. She arranged the cremation services and a lovely box for his ashes. Couldn’t ask for kinder people. 10/10 service and I can always count on them to look after my babies.
These are brillaint vets, so friendly and helpful. Also......They don't rip you off!
We have known Fiona for over thirty years now and always found her very professional and caring she will always give excellent after care getting you to phone her the next day if your dog/cat is poorly to see how things are, or they will phone you, the reception staff are lovely . This practice is much better than the big uncaring chains that seem to be taking over now .. Highly recommended
