I burnt my hand with coffee and the management was right there I told my friend that I burned my hand at the manager Heard me but didn’t ask if I was ok she thought that I spilt it on my foot and she said “that’s why we wear shoes in here” and I understand that but she never asked how I was or if I was ok. Also she didn’t have her face mask on which she is Supposed to lead by example but all the other workers were wearing there’s but she was not.

My experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering....two attendants behind the counter (deep in conversation between themselves) immediately walked away from the registers and over to the enclosed food prep area. One of the two attendants then exited the food prep area from a side door and slowly walked over to fill his beverage container from the dispensers while the other attendant remained at the food prep area and continued her conversation with another attendant. By this time a small line of two other customers in addition to myself began to form at the counter. I could clearly see the attendant who had immediately walked away as I initially entered the establishment. She finally turned to make eye contact with me......smiled.....and lifted a finger to her lips suggesting she would be with me in just a minute. It was at this time I left. I am not typically a patron of this particular MAPCO.....so maybe this was just an off day. However, I encourage all workers at this MAPCO to make customer service always their top priority.
