Best fish and chips in central London. 10 for beautiful piece of cod and hot chips (takeaway), more than enough food for one. And best part, still open amongst tier 3 restrictions.

We had the cod and the lemon sole. The crisp on the fish is crispy and not too oily. The cod fillet is excellent. The solewas not bad and juicy but just liked the cod lion more. Fries are fresh and right seasoned. The coleslaw is a bit too heavy on the mayonnaise though. All non alcoholic drinks we ordered are bottled, so don't expect too much from drinks. Nice ambience though. Comfy seats and nice helpful servers. Reasonably priced.
The food here is lovely and in a very accessible location, pretty easy to find. The food is slightly pricey compared to your “local” chip shop, but this should be expected due to it being a central London location. The female member of staff that served us initially told us food wasn’t being served only to see other people eating. She then went inside and told another member of staff “I told them no food”. She didn’t have the best attitude. Slightly weird, especially considering businesses should be welcoming custom at the moment.
Nice place with great working hours. Went there for a classic fish & chips with cod fish. Could believe that all this was only 15 quids. It’s even cheaper if you take away. The sauce is really good. The only thing that wasn’t that good was the fries, I like them crispier, but I think here in London they prefer them a little mushier
