Very beautiful, geographically, ie: Park setting, quiet, beautiful trees, hiking, trails. Only one problem, no bathroom on the first floor, no pool, no garages . Very clean though and reasonable.. very close to 590 for easy commute

Extremely peaceful, quiet and a clean complex of townhouses. These units were built within Trying Park. People enjoy biking, walking, jogging, basketball, tennis or just sitting under a tree. It's surrounded by the most beautiful tall trees. Management planted roses and different plants. The staff are truly friendly and caring people, especially Rosie. They are all attentive. My mother is truly happy at her new townhouse. Mother told me she feels very comfortable and safe. Thank you Tryon Estates staff and management
Love it here..no problems..office very kind... maintenance is very good..if u want peace n quite here is where u need to be.. maintenance... matter of seconds they come..3 people I know has moved in...I will continuely promote good people this is the place to call home...Love it..Rooms are nice size..fell in love with the kitchen..alot of cabinets.. spacious kitchen..nice basement.Love it..
Yes great place to live, I moved to buy a house but would go back in a heartbeat.
Nice Apartments they pricey located in Rochester seems to be a safe neighborhood
