Would highly recommend The Medway Diamond House in Strood. Staff are super friendly and helpful, did an amazing job on my wedding ring replacing two small diamonds and refurbishing the band and they have some lovely jewellery a definite go to if your looking for that special gift for someone.
I went in to this jewellers today looking for a gift for my mum, I didn’t have a clue what I wanted, and the staff in there was totally amazing, they showed me lots of different items, and eventually I got something! Just wanted to thank you guys for another job well done. Just needed to share what true craftsmen you are. Not only did you recreate a wedding ring for my daughter to match my mothers ring (which I now wear as my wedding band) from little more than a verbal description and year of origin, and its absolutely perfect, my daughter brought you in a silver maidens bangle, again belonging to my mother to be repaired so she could wear it as her something borrowed when she gets married, the catch was broken and completely missing, again your guy repaired it good as I remember it, I am amazed he certainly knows his stuff. You guys give amazing service, quality work and always the all important great value for money. Thanks again.
