Yet more houses, what about already overloaded infrastructure, how about doctors, etc? \Surrounded by green open space\... i.e. Fields, which very shortly will be another estate. Reports that council plans for Hoo are to develop a rural town, so green open space is not going to last long, also people moving to Hoo are unable to get places for children in local schools. Even the local councillor calls the plan a fairytale. Nice open spaces, where the planning committee members live though. Why not build in Capstone Valley, nice easy links to M2 & shopping centres. Area could use a new hospital to service the influx... no profit in infrastructure I imagine.
