After years of 25 paying at least 30% higher propane cost because I was a low user I got my own 330 gallon tank and will get my money back in a few fill ups. They will lower your propane cost sometimes if you call them but always charge you the max even after 25 years of service. Then, they come get my tank after a 3 months delay and break branches on my hemlock I have for screening for no reason at all. Thanks a lot. Stay away from these people.

Charged my card over 1100.00 and never delivered propane. Filed fraud charges with Wells Fargo. The worst part? Because of this fraudulent activity my bank issued a new card which means I have to spend HOURS updating every single account I have that was using that card for monthly autopayments. Thanks for literally nothing Superior! Your poor systems management coupled with abhorrent customer service is exactly everything wrong with large, poorly run and managed corporations. Ill be switching propane providers immediately and will evangelize to my friends and neighbors to follow suit.
The absolute worst. Do yourself a favor. and set up service with anyone other than this mess of a company.
Called had an abrupt hang with no call return from a VERY unfriendly representative. Expected delivery this am 10-1.. called to verify had no scheduled appointment and not heard of me..after pulling credit and everything. A year ago they tried to string arm me to pay someone (previous owners) bill. Even sent me an invoice with out having my information other than name... and of course address from previous home owner. This morning a nice girl answer as I was trying to confirm (to have someone at my house) and they had a cancellation from a year ago..(when I bought this home) EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND NASTY OH AND WAY OVER PRICED... .
Wow... Company main number takes you to an option to get nowhere unless you know the extension of the person - the directory will drop your call if you try to use it to find an extension, and the message to wait to be transferred will simply drop the call. Using this attempt to get a timely credit issued back for fuel not used after we requested they pull the tanks - going on a full month now with no money changing hands. Had to ask them to pull the tanks when for a solid year they could not figure out the price they were supposed to charge based on a contracted price, and each delivery took several calls back to get them to rebill at the correct amount - which even then was higher than another local provider. TL;DR - cannot get a hold of anybody with a straight answer, and have dealt with that for 12 months. Run away.
