The postal staff here always insist on hard selling the most expensive postage option - it’s as if they get commission or something! I always opt for 2nd class when sending post but God forbid, it’s then like the Spanish Inquisition and I end up having to justify why I don’t want the more expensive options. Most recently I got reprimanded for using eBay’s prepaid labels because according to the Asian lady serving me, “it’ll put us out of business!” Surely, it’s the customer’s prerogative to decide whatever post and/or whatever service that works for them!? I don’t appreciate being told how I should manage my post. Back off please! Let customers decide and stop dictating policy!

Would never change my money for currency here ever again. I was shocked when he told me how much euros I would get. I did go to M&S in Hempstead the day before but the lady went for her lunch. So I came in here the following day during lunch. I was desperate
