Had large quantity of printing to do. Took them a while to send someone to help, and after she came it was like I am bothering here just by asking her to do her work. Best printing service, wish their customer’s service would be as good.

I go to this store often and always find what I need quickly and inexpensively. The layout is intuitive and the staff is helpful. I'm trying to help places like this stay open at a time when retail stores are being decimated by Amazon. I would rather pay a little more to have the tangible experience of going into a store, physically handling different products, browsing around, and personally interacting with real people employees. Hang in there Staples! Stay alive!
I went to pick up something that's was out of stock, a staff member ordered what I 'needed' with a 10 coupon, when it was delivered it was the incorrect product, so I go back to exchange in store and they would not honor the 10 off for the correct product and refused to comp the 10 saying you can only Use coupon once and it didn't matter that it was staff members mistake. I do a lot of business there and will no longer be getting my biz supplies from This location. Terrible customer service.
I went to staples to print out an item in a rush, asked the employees if they had AirPrint and they laughed and told me that there are signs everywhere and repeated it multiple times. OKAY. Five minutes later the man came from behind the counter to help a Caucasian woman who asked the same exact question as me, no rude responses, no condescending undertones. This definitely made me uncomfortable in that store and I will not be returning. Work on your customer service skills and quit profiling!
