Too long ,paying 1 on till had to leave till to let the customer out then go back to serve not very good this was strood kent !!! 40 mins waited to get served
Rude manager \we don't do refunds\ even when an item isn't fit for purpose. No hello or greeting, just a rude stare from the woman after the sales woman suggested getting the manager. Unprofessional and I'm unimpressed.
One way in and out. Not too busy. Staff very helpful..
With Covid and the new regulations I went in fully prepared for stressed out staff and limited stock but I was pleasantly surprised. Every staff member i spoke to was friendly and helpful, the system in store works really well as they don't allow unlimited people inside making social distancing much easier and there were staff members holding the doors open to prevent multiple people touching the handles. They even sanitize the card reader after each transaction. The store may not be as fully stocked as usual but there was still a really good variety of products available. Really good store, really good service. The one thing I would say is that it was very warm in there as there didn't seem to be any air con; please look after your staff and get them decent air con as being in there 8 hours a day on hot days must be so difficult for them!
