Store workers were cool did their job no complaints. Been with spectrum for 3 years. Now searching for another option. The company itself has become extremely incompetent and I want out ASAP.
I’m in the store now trying to pick up equipment that they forgot to give me yesterday. Now, being the 7th person in line the associate, Heidi, actually left us waiting so she could run to Famous across the way and pick up an order. After waiting 30 minutes, I’m finally getting help. Yesterday the associate, Blain, told us this is the busiest store in Rochester so if we don’t want to wait we can go elsewhere.
No symmetrical speed options for residential users AND trying to charge an \installation fee\ that's just me rebooting my modem, that's a lost star. Refusing to compete with Metronet on pricing, that's a lost star. Monopolizing the market with slow or no improvements year after year. That's a lost star. The constant calling to try to convince me to buy cable (what am I, 60? I know what cable is and I very clearly have no interest in over-paying for worse TV with even more ads than Hulu). That's a lost star. Spectrum is falling to pieces in a panic because they know their little monopoly bubble is about to burst. Give us better pricing and symmetrical speeds, then we can talk.
