I can only imagine the strain of working in a public library in the current climate, so kudos to the staff for being so helpful in spite of assumed stresses. However, it is not a particularly conducive space to work in if a silent environment is what you're hoping for. The staff have continually rather loud conversation, which is rather frustrating and disruptive. I would have thought that silence in the library would be the most basic of tenets, so to have the staff consistently undermine this is a little baffling...
The old lady is a Old Hag, So Rude n Wasted my time! Would never recommend! Didnt even wanna put a Star!!
Wonderful place , gone for atleast a year and staff have always been helpful and never disruptive or rude considering i am 13 year old ,
Rochester was not always call Rochester so some people are called man of Kent and some are called kentish men people who are born on the Strood side are call kentish men and people who are born on the Rochester side are call men of Kent
lot of books and stuff
Staff don't have it easy in a library these days, but the majority of staff at the Rochester Library still care and try to help however they can. Thanks.
