This is a review specifically for Lucy. My partner and I have been letting from Regal for 2 1/2 years now, and recently had to move out of our former flat that we let through them into another rather quickly. She was very communicative, and very quick to handle any issues that arose throughout the whole process, making the whole experience MUCH easier than we've experienced in the past. She's great.
Overall Regal Lettings have always been helpful, one of the better agencies we have dealt with over the years as Landlords. I have only recently come into contact with Lucy and I am very happy with the service she has provided. Recently, she has been very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her and her colleague during a trying problem with a supply and fit contractor. She kept us informed all the way through and was very professional. It's a pleasure dealing with Lucy and her colleague.
Recently moved into my first rented property, and had the good fortune of having the help of Lucy Czaplinski. Made the whole move in very easy, and when I had difficulty in understanding certain aspects of what was involved, payments, contracts etc, Lucy was very helpful in explaining to help me progress and learn.
