Took my request to find some of the newer Graphics cards (end of 2020) and they've been searching. Took my check-up call, no problem. Great customer service, would recommend.
Had to add a rating, didn't want to. My PC has been in their shop for 8 days now. Harddrive needed replaced, had a new one with me so I gave it to them, this was a week ago. Got a call Friday morning, it was interrupted, the caller said his manager wanted to talk to him and the tech hung up on me. Rude & disrespectful when a business has a customer on the phone concerning his PC. Never called back. Called Saturday, got a message telling me they were busy at the moment to try again later...jokes on me, closed on Saturdays. Today is Monday and still no call.
I came into the the establishment looking for replacement Power Supply for my computer, and the lady working the front of the counter was very rude and disrespectful the whole time and chastised me for asking her questions about my computer, I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I recommend you to do that as well
