Never got my massage after purchasing a Groupon. Initially had to schedule an appointment 2 months out. They called the night before the appointment and cancelled, but told us to call back to reschedule. Called to reschedule several times, but the woman was rude and continued to tell us to call back. Finally called today, full voicemail box. What a shocker. I see that many others had the exact same experience.

Terrible customer service and lack of professionalism before ever stepping foot in the door. Woman on the phone first said she had no therapists at the moment and to call back in a week. Called back and then she was rude and seemed as if I was inconveniencing her. I never leave bad reviews and like to give people the benefit of the doubt but this business needs a huge red flag after reading other reviews of people having the same, if not worse experience. Very disappointing.
I haven't even had my massage yet from this place and I am already disappointed. The woman on the phone has a complete lack of professionalism. I had to call over there a few times because she told me to keep calling back because she wasn't sure she could fit me in. Every time I called back I got an attitude. So far just trying to plan my appointment has been very stressful and upsetting. I will not be recommending them and cancelling my appointment.
Great place with a friendly, professional staff. Would recommend to everyone.
STAY AWAY, this place is awful! Arrived at my appointment and no one was there, place was closed and voicemail box was full. Should have known when it took 3 months to actually get an appointment and horrible customer service, woman was so rude and kept telling ME to call back because they had sold too many Groupons so they had no appointments available.
THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. And essentially they don't even really exist. So don't book anything with them ever.
