A nice large store with ample free parking with a fuel station adjacent, sadly my visit to the in-store cafe was a big disappointment as with the exception of the friendly male member of staff that served me, the tables all needed clearing, my salmon sandwich was very stale & dry with a strange taste to it, plus my black coffee was just tepid coloured dishwater, such a shame but maybe it will of improved next time I visit the area?? Upon leaving the cafe, i also didn't like the attitude of the security guard when I politely asked him how long am I allowed to park in the carpark as I need to get some shopping, he sharply told me he had no idea & I need to go & queue up to ask Customer Services, I thought he would of known such information regarding the Store he is meant to be protecting, very helpful as he went straight back to chatting & not doing what he is paid to do, no Interest in his job!
This one has a great fresh fish and meat counter. Good prices.
It is really good and meets all our needs. Clean., good range of goods, nice friendly staff. Easy parking. Observing Covid rules First class!
Nice store, nice grub, very good reduced food late day bargains, but,,, the MOST RIDICULOUS POINT SCHEME EVER!!!! I'VE been working my PLUMS Off and I got just over 4000 points! I thought I'd get a coffee maker or something nice, 50 quid off my shop maybe, but ooooo no! Another 900 points to reach 5, I will repeat that FIVE thousand points for, wait for it,,,, a 5 pound voucher!!! They gotta be taking the p...! I see why Sean Bean went to Lidl !!!
