Bought my dress 2 years ago which cost a fortune, was beautiful and in total love with. unfortunately I would absolutely not recommend there seamstress to anyone as she costs a fortune to alter my dress which she ruined. Insisted adding heavy padding to my chest section which bowed the bones in the dress and the dress splitting all down the side of my wedding day where she altered it. All in all it ruined my wedding day

As a plus size bride I had an awful experience here the lady did not listen to what I wanted from a dress and was trying to fit me into alot smaller sized dresses which she then resorted to just holding the up to me. I ask if she could get a bigger size that I could try on in the dress I liked and she said NO I have to commit to buying the dress! Then to top it off she pulled out this 1 plus size dress and says this is the dress for you because it will FIT which was actually to big and wasnt what I wanted atall. Myself and my friend were polite throughout but if I hadn't of had such a positive experience before visiting this shop I would of left in tears.
I didn't think I could afford to go here but my friend recommended this place, as soon as I walked in I was made to feel incredibly welcome - the ladies were kind and complimentary and chose exactly the kind of thing I was after and it was amazing quality at an affordable price. I've been to a few other shops in the area and they've all lacked in customer care and quality dresses, but at Kiss The Bride I cannot fault them and they have all the accessories you could need. If you're looking for bridal wear in Kent - this is the place to go for sure. highly recommended.

This was only the second shop I went to while looking for my wedding dress and their advice helped me find the perfect dress. Their service was faultless and the in-house alteration service meant everything was easy to arrange. Although the shop is quite small, they have a great selection of different styles of dresses and the staff were able to offer their expertise to help find the perfect dress. They also have a great selection of accessories available. Thank you for helping me find the dress of my dreams.
