App was great, food was hot, covid measures in place

The place is well run with ALL staff showing great effort to be covid-19 compliant, so my level of comfort on that front was good. The problem was other \service users\. None used hand sanitizer but used the touchscreen system to order food. The vast majority did not wear masks!
Food was decent, service very slow, Uber/Just Eat drivers not distancing or wearing masks etc Very confusing queue system as well. Can and should do better.
After waiting 30 minutes outside just to order, getting home to find the top bun missing from my burger was a bit disappointing.
Now this is usually my local KFC but COVID seems to have alot of gremlins bugging out of people and l am sorry to say my review of them is going to be negative l was not impressed. As soon as we walked to the door the man sightly elderly and another lady where standing outside in visors covering themselves ofcourse according to guideline of COVID 19,unfortunately l didn't get his name however he needs to be taught customer service. The first thing he did before we even entered which l wasn't entering anyway yet before making sure we could walk in was lift his two forefingers (index and one next to it) up in my face. I was honestly shocked by this and asked him what that meants and he said you need to wait. It took me alot to stay composed I must say as to me or anyone who is a customer this isn't customer service. Eventually after 1 min literally they then directed us in and noone had walked out either by this point which was a bit suspect but anyway we move. We ordered our food bearing in mind this was a treat,after a long day at work being stuck in traffic on the m2/a2 due to an overturned van accident we spent nearly 13/14. But as we were back in traffic we started eating our food and to our disappointment the chicken was stale!!!! My boyfriend who had done a night shift into morning training till afternoon had been so hungry but when he tasted his chicken he literally put it back in disappointed but due to the traffic we were now stuck in we couldn't turn back and go and complain. I angrily had to eat mine coz wasting my money wouldn't really infuriated me more so l had to use the only medium necessary and available to me which unfortunately is to inform the branch through my review. The standards need to be increased especially in such a time,l know its KFC this incident couldn't put me off KFC but as a customer l really wasn't happy with the service and quality of their food and hope it was just a one off.
