DO NOT USE John of J & T Construction. He is a COWBOY Builder. He starts of by giving you a low quote and then adds a lot more money later by claiming that other works are required, without often agreeing this beforehand. The workers he uses do not have a clue what they are doing, and when you complain he gets aggressive. They also do not finish off jobs by taking on other work at the same time, so cause costly delays. They do not provide any after service / warranty on their work so if you complain you won’t here from them again. They refuse to provide public liability insurance details and the list goes on. They will cost you a lot more money and wasted time at the end with a horrible job. THEY WERE THE WORST BUILDERS WE EVER USED. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I am hoping Trading Standards will prosecute them and would like all of you who have been affected to report them too

When having building work undertaken on your house, it can be stressful trying to find someone that you can trust to get the job done right. I can confidently say that a I fully recommend J&T construction. After getting in touch and letting them know I needed a hallway plastering, John soon came round to work out the amount of work needed and followed up with a very reasonable quote. The plastering only took half a day and they left with out any mess in my hallway. The walls now look fantastic and smooth, I couldn’t ask for much more. If you need any building work done on your house then I would definitely recommend that you get in touch with J&T Construction.
