Jay was a true pleasure to work with. He's knowledgeable, professional, and as the name of the company suggests, incredibly honest. When our furnace stopped working, he made sure to respond quickly. He offered multiple solutions, even going so far as to recommend other furnace repair shops that he thought may be able to better take care of our problem. We decided to replace the furnace altogether. Jay offered a reasonable quote, several thousand dollars less than what some other local companies had proposed. He was completely forthright about what he thought would make a meaningful difference in the temperature of our home, allowing us to save on unnecessary expenses. When it came to installation, Jay does what some companies require 3 gentlemen to do. He was on time, respectful of our house and furniture, and left the place cleaner than he found it. We're loving our warm home and have only Jay to thank. He will undoubtedly be at the top of our list should any heating or air conditioning problems arise in the future. You should strongly consider putting him at the top of your list, too.

A huge thank you to Jay with Integrity Heating and Cooling! He was able to squeeze in a quick stop at my house within 24 hours of me calling, even with a large work load and being booked a week out, to take a look at my AC unit. He quickly figured out the issue and was able to fix it for us. This was our second experience with Jay (the first being a furnace issue due to a lightning strike when we rented a house) and I have been very impressed both times. Prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. I can't recommend him enough!
We have had Jay help out with several smaller projects over the past few months and he was great! So we decided to move ahead with a larger project of adding a deck and French door to our home and he DID NOT DISAPPOINT. He was punctual and finished the job in record time. We will be using him for everything in the future and recommending him to all of our friends.

Had a furnace installed in 2017 brand new from Jay. Every year it has broken down and I have had him out numerous times and he can't figure out what's going on. He simply stopped responding to my phonecalls and e-mails so I've had to go with another dealer. Come to find out he installed the venting improperly! Never again!
