I didn't get a good service from them at all. They delayed the structural design report and drawings for nearly two weeks. I had to chase it nearly every day and the usual line it will release by the end of the day but that didn't happen either for few days. I felt embarrassed to chase them up regularly like a broken record. I did complaint about it officially and asked for some refund. I have to chase up couple of time on the complain response too. Their line was that the company director will call me and that was more than a week ago too. My advise would be, if you want to avoid the diabolical customer service then look somewhere else rather these incompetent lot.
