I bought a “fixer upper” 21 years ago & have had a quite few companies here stating they could make my cinder block basement “dry.” I was taken by these companies by believing they could-nope-all temporary fixes & a waste of my money! Ecospect came in here & have made my basement dry by encapsulating a large crawl space-I’m so much more healthier! The sump pump they offer is not that limited lifetime sump pump most companies put in-they know they’ll break after a few year therefore you have to keep replacing it-bait & switch gypsies! Believe in this company! Dave & Adam rock!

Ecospect installed a Wise Air 95 dehumidifier in my basement about a year ago. It only took about 2 days for me to notice that the damp, musty order had completely disappeared! Over the years I have had to purchase several small dehumidifiers from the big box stores that would only last about 4 to 6 months each before they would break. This thing runs like a champ! It turns on and off automatically keeping the basement perfectly dry and smelling great. The guys at Ecospect did a great job and were extremely professional.

Dave did a sump pump upgrade and install. Knowledgeable, and quality of work is excellent. Product quality is excellent as well. Any future waterproofing needs I may encounter, I will have no second thoughts at Dave handling.
