I went to have my vehicle diagnosed and when I went to pick it up,all my change was taken from my car. I’ve had my vehicles serviced many times in many different places and never was anything ever taken. When I called to speak to the service manager about it, he acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. Safe to say I’ll never use Cortes ever again. I highly recommend anyone who need their vehicle serviced not to use them.

This is the second Lincoln we have purchased at Cortese. Donna Spofford was our salesperson and to say she is amazing does not do her justice. We have NEVER had a salesperson that goes above and beyond like Donna. She explained every feature in each Lincoln we test drove. She listened to what features were important to me and started giving me vehicle options. When we made our decision Donna contacted me within a couple of hours with what documents she needed from us. We sent everything to her email and when we arrived to pick up our vehicle the papers were ready to sign. Donna went over the features to make sure all questions we had were answered. The purchase was flawless from beginning to end, and we couldn't be happier!
