I joined here a year ago to try and get some confidence, start a hobby and make some friends. On my first lesson I was so shy I started crying hahaha but Lee and Sam were so lovely! I felt so welcome and all the guys in the class were so nice as well. It’s been nearly a year now and I have learned so much, I’ve got loads better at talking to people now and I’ve made some really good friends here. I never thought I’d say it but I’d even like to fight next year! I can’t thank Sam enough for how much he’s helped me build my confidence. I do muay thai, BJJ, no gi and MMA and I can say all of the coaches here are absolutely fantastic and really supportive. I’d never go anywhere else and no matter your reason for signing up - do it, you’ll love it here. It’s the best place to be!

Went for a session on holiday with my daughter. She attended the Jiu Jitsu sessions on a Tuesday night with Sam training. Propey impressed with everything about this club. Facilities are fine, although parking is a bit tight, and the chap on the front desk (sorry, didn't catch your name ) was extremely helpful. Sam's coaching style was brilliant and all the kids responded really well. Discipline was embedded, but so was fun, Sam dished out control where necessary, but also praise and encouragement. My daughter came away after just one session having learned quite a few useful techniques. Here's hoping the club goes from strength to strength!
