Have used Brightside for tue last three years. Exemplary service every single time.
Had a boiler issue they said it could be one or two things that needed replacing. Turned up with both the parts and it turned out only one part needed replacing saving me over 200... I would of been none the wiser... honest and great integrity...
Had problems no heating no hot water. Popped into Brightside office rather than phone as I’m local. Told the guy on the desk my issue and he responded positively that he could get someone to my home within the day. Around four o’clock Stuart turned up and fixed the problem within the hour, thus keeping the charge to one hour, as well as getting my services back and running. He change the control unit which I knew was knackered. I thought at a very fair price. Good work would use them again. Recommended.
