Brian is a great and trustworthy mechanic. I've done a good bit of high performance work on my own track vehicles in the past and I'm pretty picky when dealing with automotive shops. I moved to Rochester in 2012 and found Brian almost immediately. Since day one I've been really happy with his knowledge and labor rates. He doesn't charge for unnecessary work and never tries to take on extra work that I don't need. He's pretty much the only mechanic that I trust to work on any of the issues I have with my vehicles. He also works on pretty much any vehicle. I was grateful to know that he had all the necessary diagnostic tools and computers to work on my BMW. Give him a try, you won't be sorry.

Left one star because I couldn't leave zero. Brian is abusive, just like the other reviews suggest and wouldn't suggest using him to my worst enemy. just look at the other bad reviews , all the same

Best car repair experience I've ever had - he came recommended by my buddy who knows cars. Brian called me no less than three times to clarify cost as he found issues during inspection, and get my authorization for each of the increases necessary to repair my vehicle. In addition, he told me not to worry about several things I requested, rather than letting me spend money I didn't need to spend. That's customer service - and meant a huge deal to me because I didn't have much at the moment. I highly recommend Brian's to anyone and everyone needing car repair. Excellent, 1 on 1 service for a local shop.

Unfortunately these people did not make good on their promise to me. I'm only out a couple hundred, but broken trust cannot be repaired easily. There are other, better alternatives.
