3 times I've been in here recently as we're decorating and they haven't got a clue! Firstly there is NEVER anyone around on the shop floor to ask for help! You literally have to walk up and down over and over to eventually find someone. Then when you do ask them where you would find a product in their store they don't know. 2 out of 3 times I had asked for help they didn't even know what products I was asking for (one was wire wool and one was acetone not)! And I had to suggest to them to check on their computer if they had it in stock, they didn't offer. Is it too much to ask people to train themselves to know their job??
