We had a click and collect from nearby Matalan, at the same time we needed some dog food. We went into B&M,as it was nearby, there was an awful lot of people doing unessential shopping. We are supposed to be in lockdown, when will the people of Medway understand this!!How many more have got to die??

Unbelievable queues, huge lack of Covid safety. If you are a non mask wearer then this is where the rest of your family lives. Staff are too busy and are lacking in available staff to make this a safe space.
Very nice new store, incredibly clean, cheap products and fantastic selection of products! The staff are helpful and the atmosphere is nice... this is a store worth checking out if you haven’t already
I was surprised that there was no following the government guidelines during tier 4 as it was like a free for all in there, no respect for people's space people not waiting for people to finish paying for their items and then invading people's space. The shop itself is great for bargains and has some lovely items, but really disappointed in their lack of responsibility
