Store promotes offers for new lease and does not honor them. This is not the first time that this has happened.. Wont be back, Rent•A•Center might have longer term agreements but at least they honor their ads

This is my first experience with Aaron’s and I had to come online and write a review because the customer service I experienced with Anthony and Charles was SPECTACULAR!!!!!!!!! I asked to get my couch delivered a few days earlier then expected due to family coming to town and they made it happen !!!!! I love the energy from both of them and I am excited to have business with this company and look forward to buying more furniture from them in the future due to the kindness of both of them!!!! I have to say as a first time customer I am not at all impressed. I was told i had a delivery window of 10-2 i called at one to confirm delivery and they said yes when I asked is it possible they could show up after 2 the guy on the phone automatically got defensive saying he cant promise that. Basically leaving me where I started so now not only I dont know when they could possibly show up and I'm to be waiting all day or if I'm getting a delivery at all since my window for arrival is almost up and he cant make any promises. When they finally delivered my washer and dryer they didnt bring the hose to install the washer and said they would be back with the hose before 7 no one ever came back and now I'm stuck with a washer and dryer I cant use.This has been frustrating my first time ever dealing with them And im already regretting it .I just called they apologized and said they would be here right away. We shall see..

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY COMPUTER BROKE, I AM A COLLEGE STUDENT. THEY RUSHED ME A BRAND NEW HP PAVILION DESKTOP THAT BELONGED TO THE STORE. THEY DID THIS SO I WOULDN'T FAIL. I APPRECIATE THEM FOR THAT. THEY ALSO EXPLAINED ABOUT THE MANUFACTURING PROBLEMS, WHICH I ALSO APPRECIATED. I AM WAITING ON MY TELEVISION AND GAMING SYSTEM TODAY.
