Excellent Company, I will most certainly buy from them again. Very helpful and friendly customer service who worked around the clock to ensure that I had all my questions answered and got my goods all though the delivery was delayed (as it was only curb-side delivery and I didn't have the day off work) I cannot fault the company for this. Excellent quality of products as well, may add for the money payed it was well worth it I mean a rack is going to be there for the next 20 years or so the hardware inside might change but the rack, fittings and fixtures will allays be the same. No corners were cut here top notch! Have added a little picture at the bottom to show what you can get in one of these things, i ordered the floor standing 600 x 900 9u
Fantastic business with an immaculate customer service. GENUINE HONEST REVIEW FROM A CUSTOMER of 123 Racks........ I came across this business in process of purchasing racks and i placed an order for an Entry Level Rack. A representative Ian got in contact and honestly stated the supplier who they get these from have not put much effort in quality of build of the rack that these are known to be delicate and can suite if in enclosed spaces. I choose to carry on with the order as i wanted it in a closed room. Upon delivery of this item it was damaged. I immediately contacted Ian who straight away started the process of returning this item. Upon the return of the item we have issued with the courier who refused to pick up the delivery despite Ian arranging this with the supplier (on basis i didn't have a return label). Ian and 123 Racks have kept in contact with the supplier and badgered them to arrange a re delivery it was almost as if the supplier didnt care for small businesses and their customers..... (will spare the supplier name) During this ordeal of return Ian has kept in constant contact with me with next steps and kept me informed of net steps. As to not delay this further 123 Racks refunded the order (even though delivery had not been returned) 123 Racks are a perfect example of a business that cares for their customers. Given that the product purchased was not good enough and the ordeal of return with supplier was awful... 123 Racks and Ian were fantastic in the whole process.... For that i will give 123 Racks 5 STARS and will not Hesitate to order from them again.
I don't buy this kind of equipment frequently but ordering couldn't have gone smoother. Customer service is outstanding and everything got delivered as fast as I requested. Defo recommend!
