Wow this place has gone downhill. I bought a tsx from this dealership 9 years ago and it was a great experience all the way around. I returned recently to start my search to purchase an off-lease TLX. We test drove a car and sat down to have a conversation with the sales person. It quickly became apparent that they don’t give at all in a negotiation, no back and forth as you would expect. The sales person brought our offer to the used car manager, Chris Mullery, who returned with market research on why his price was RIGHT and smugly told us that someone else would buy this car at his price within the next hour. Okay, but your car has been sitting on the lot for the past three months. The big takeaway is this guy values his data points way above customer relationships. I felt like he couldn’t wait to try to prove his point that the customer is wrong. Very condescending attitude, too. Lesson learned. I’ll buy a tlx but not from this dealer.

So I Definitely have to give my Experience at Park Ave Acura 5 Stars yet again. This time Yovanny Alvarez was My Sales Rep. It was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I felt absolutely no pressure, he was alert, helpful, and explained everything very thorough. I was very pleased to have someone so excellent, and recommend anyone going into Park Ave Acura to ask for Yovanny, you won’t be disappointed.
