DESTINY GNANTE

Great customer service! The man who served us was able to answer all our questions and when he didn't have what we needed, he recommended us to another location where we could get what we wanted. He recommended the Fort Boyard cruise to Ile d'Aix for a day and we did not regret going - it was fabulous and worth every euro. We were well equipped with a map of the city and places of interest were highlighted out for easy reading.

We loved our visit to Rochforte. It is rightly described as the Versailles of the maritime world and that is spot on. Every turn opens up more stunning architectural vistas. Delghtful little city with plenty to see and do. So glad we made the effort to visit. It's hard to imagine that the place was raised to the ground when the Germans left after WW2 and to see how it has been rebuilt is an inspiration. The marina basins are full of history and feel much like a film set from a bonnet drama. The city also has some very good but reasonably priced resturants and bars. If you are looking for a culture fix this city hits the spot.

Rochefort is een leuke plaats met een rijke geschiedenis. De bank bij het torentje bij de office de tourisme is een goede plek om je te orienteren op wat er allemaal te zien en te doen is in Rochefort.

Le top! Première fois que j appelais un office de tourisme pour m aider à organiser notre week-end ! Parfait vraiment rien à redire et il m on même aider à retrouver le nom et les coordonnées d une boutique la semaine suivante alors que j avais quitté la région ! Grand merci
