Rochedale Central Doctors and Rochedale Village Doctors are under one management team with the same team of GPs who contribute their excellent and highly professional services to the people in the great Rochedale area and more. Residents in the Rochedale area are blessed with the good doctors nearby and the good thing is we can choose each medical practice according to our time and convenience. Seeing familiar doctors in both clinics does give us a great peace of mind! I must say this is a great strategic decision to have two clinics under one management in the same area. Aren't we lucky!

Don't even bother to go there! Their management team including their receptionists are extremely rude and unprofessional. Me and my wife had an awfully bad experience in the other clinic they owned in Rochedale Village as they were keeping us waiting for a long time without telling us the doctor is running behind and they were accepting lots of normal patients (not the kids) walking from the door without any bookings to not just miss anyone. We have left our honest review and expecting someone to give us a call and resolve the issue, but they replied your comment is unfair and then lots of fake positive reviews appeared. Then after 1 year, my wife tried to book another appointment with Dr Ali Ismail as an emergency as per my suggestion in Rochedale clinic (We did not know they have the same management and monitoring and flagging who is giving the reviews) and they said because you left the negative feedback in the other clinic, we have to cancel your time, so unprofessional! I tried to raise my concern with one of their main doctors we believe he is in the management team in a nice way to resolve the issue after our review and surprisingly the doctor got back to me and said I am not wasting my time to resolve the issue. This is ridiculous and I cannot believe these days the doctors can refuse their unwell patients intentionally and it is against of their doctor’s Oath. So sorry for them and I will share my feedback in Arise Rochedale and Rochedale estate groups and complain to Medicare. SO FRUSTRATED!

The doctors are knowledgeable, kind and take the time to understand the patients, on-site nurses are friendly and reception staff are courteous. Overall both clinics have made such a positive impact to our community.

The reception staff Michelle is very friendly and professional. The nurse, I think her name is Anna, she is absolutely wonderful. I was in for a skin check, had a biopsy....it turned out to be cancerous. When having the cancer remove I was very nervous...Anna played music to make me feel more relaxed and offered to hold my hand. Dr Bangash was amazing.... explained what cancer it was, what he was going to do. I was very impressed with Dr Bangash's bedside manner. He genuinely cares about his patients. I have been looking for a practice for quite some time now, I have finally found one! I travel from Alexandra Hills!
