I used Transit for the first time before Christmas and couldn’t recommend enough. I needed some last minute shipping to Australia and they were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure my package arrived safely and on time for Christmas. For someone like myself who didn’t know a lot about shipping abroad, the staff were very informative, helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service
Transit have caused me the biggest inconvenience in my life. All information they have 'fed me' regarding thr delivery date has been false. on several occasions. It took them about 9 days just to get my bags on a plane in Heathrow even though throughout the process they continued to tell me they were on their way. I will certainly never consider using them again having been shocked that a business like theirs is able to exist. Don't say you weren't warned!!!
