spent a bomb as there was sale on can't help myself, took a few attempts but we found right trainers after a few changes and very nice staff, my son's insole/splint went in well, nice price to! thank you.
Saw only 3staff in the whole of the store . Good job there were only a few customers!
Such poor provision since they opened after covid. At this size you'd expect organisations and retail stores should have carefully planned processes to allow customers to purchase their goods with ease... At this rate and poor customer service, the Rochdale store at least will be closed within a year.
