I tend to use halfords for both my cars. However after the customer assistant accusing me of lying when I let him know I’m exempt from wearing a mask, I won’t be returning and will encourage my friends and family to not return either. You expect a bit more respect and education from such a large company, especially as a returning customer.

Had my last MOT and the service was great and the process was really simple. I booked and paid online, turned up, and they did the MOT. Easy. Due to Covid restrictions there's no where you can wait, but that's hardly Halfords fault.
