I bought a G Plan 3 seater recliner and an armchair,got delivered yesterday,arrived all packed up individually in padded bags. Very helpful and kind people,set everything up,and plugged in. I would strongly recommend this family business, Excellent from start to finish. If you're looking for a good quality sofa at a bargain price this is the best place to come and look , free delivery too.

Wish I lived nearer to this Store to see all the amazing bargains they list on eBay!!! I have only bought a GPlan leather stool and was so impressed by the communication and delivery (to the West Midlands!!!) Me and my little Labrador are so pleased - - It was bought for Her!!! ️
If you appreciate quality new furniture at a fraction of the price that you would pay at the leading high street stores, than this is the place for you. I have bought 4 sofas from Furniture Direct, over the last couple of years and I am an extremely happy customer. FD mainly specialises in Sofas, and the majority of their business is generated on-line through e-bay. However, if you live anywhere near the Rochdale area, I strongly recommend a visit to their warehouse. Although the quality of their online photos are very good, it is always better to go and see the furniture in reality. Excellent customer service, and delivery service. Plenty of free parking next to the warehouse. A little bit tricky to find without a decent sat nav. In the future I will definitely be buying as much of my furniture as possible from FD.
Bought a recliner chair for 495 at 4.30pm on Friday for my elderly father who has just had major surgery. He didn't like it so i went to return it at 10am the next day in its original packaging and was charged a 20% estocking fee\. There was hardly enough time for them to order replacement stock in the half hour the store had been opened. Was told it was because they had to carry the chair back to place it in its original place in the warehouse (which was less than 10 metres from the entrance). They were friendly enough when making the sale, not so much the return.
