First and last time I'll use these. I purchased a pair of corbels from Dresser Mouldings but they sell them on behalf of Wild Goose Carvings. The business statement on Dresser Mouldings website reassured me that all would be well. I paid just short of 100 including delivery. I was looking for top quality for a project that I was working on. When the corbels where delivered I was shocked at the really bad quality of 1- the material, very low density softwood (pallet timber would have been better quality) 2- the quality of machining was so poor, clearly using blunt tooling, they were also out of square by 4mm over width of 90mm. Getting a refund was a tiresome task with my emails not replied to until prompted by phone calls to them. Based on my experience with this company I could not recommend them to others. If the customer care had been more pro active I would have just accepted it.
