I called into the Car warehouse with my daughter who was having problems with her I phone, we spoke to a lovely young man called Jam who was extremely helpful. We ended up buying a new phone, but it was so nice to speak to somebody that made you feel he had all the time in the world for you. Would definitely go there again.

Very poor experience, went there to collect an order, should have taken me about 5-10mins, member of staff brought me the product, but then informed me that the packaging was damaged. I asked about alternative product that wasn't damaged...none in stock. Spoke with the manager who couldn't help me with getting a replacement, and informed me that as we purchased on-line it would take 7 days to get a refund, or I can take a gift-card for the value of the product. I informed him that both of these were unacceptable. After spending over an hour in the store I suggested that he (manager) test and check the product and issue me with documentation which will allow the refund of the purchase price should the product be damaged or unsuitable. In the age of social distancing and not mixing with other people, I was kept in the store for over 60 minutes, and whilst I was wearing a mask many of their other customers were not. No compensation offered, and no initiative shown by the staff. Very poor service.

50/50 with the company in Bury, as the cooker I have they have one on show. Funny how had finger marks over it. As so did mine. But what was odd, their right back ring had no cover over it. So wouldn't be able to use that one. Funny enough same problem I have with mine. Hmmm

Went in and bought a V8 animal dyson its awsome. The gentleman who served me was great. Plus I got 50 off for my old hoover.
