Absolute rude attitude of the receptionists no objection handling skills. If you ring to get an appointment booked in 10 mins before they close you get told we close in 10 mins. Well! Im not asking for an appt for the same day im calling to get it booked for the next available slots! Oh and officially u are working even if your closing in 10 mins!!

I registered here last year after 6 month I rang for appointments and they said you are Not registered with us very lazy and unprofessional staff
I had an appointment today and I asked for a translator but they did not satisfy my request. They then called me saying they cancelled my appointment for rude behaviour. The second time this happened.
I was desperate to get a brace fitted, they explained all my options & its all happened quickly & efficiently! I would highly recommend Sarah, she makes you feel extremely comfortable and is so friendly!
