I had a procedure last week which I was really nervous about. The nurses and consultant were so friendly and made me feel at ease from the moment of arriving, right up to leaving. The theatre staff were also extremely friendly and made me feel at ease. They were all so kind, helpful and answered any concerns and questions I had. Special mention to Bernadette & Caz, thank you so much for looking after me! The whole procedure and length of time spent at the hospital was kept to a minimum, it was really well run and such a speedy process.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, rooms were spotless and en-suite, parking spaces can be difficult or impossible to find during busy times. The food was not great. Everything and everyone seems to be rushed, but that's understandable.
I was a day patient beginning of Feb for a procedure that i had been delayed due to pandemic , i was apprehensive about going in hospital at this unprecedented time but from the covid test a few days before to the procedure day i was put at complete ease by the amazing staff from the consultant down to the porters and admin staff who rang me ,who even though they were busy always checked if i was ok and explained everything fully. cant thank them enough for making a scary time a lot more bearable . thank you BMI
I had a 2 night 3 day stay at the begining of February. From start to finish, my experience was seemless. All of the staff, from my surgeon Mr Ali to the kitchen staff were all super lovely and took their time to explain what was going to happen and when. The nursing staff were patient and understanding and nothing was too much trouble. I would most definately use the hospital in the future.
Happily I have been discharged today after a very successful shoulder operation carried out by Mr Sandher, followed by a course of physiotherapy under the expert guidance of Yvonne Royal, who has been marvellous in helping me regain full mobility in my left shoulder. Thank you very much Yvonne.
